A small-group experience for women ready to reconnect with their clarity, creativity, and inner momentum.
Santa Monica • Limited to 8–10 participants
My own life has been sprinkled with moments of incredible creative momentum - times when ideas arrive quickly, decisions feel clear, and life seems to move forward with a sense of adventure.
And then there are the other seasons.
The dullness.
The routines that start to feel heavy.
The quiet sense that something inside wants to move, but you’re not quite sure how to create the shift.
Over time, I’ve learned to navigate these phases with more awareness.
When life begins to feel stagnant, I interrupt the pattern. I walk the mile to the ocean near my home. The rhythm of the water, the movement of the air, and the simple act of stepping away from routine creates space again - space for reflection, creativity, and possibility.
The Creative Expansion Journey grew from this understanding: clarity and creative movement rarely appear when we push harder. They emerge when we create the right environment for them.
These gatherings offer that environment.
A place to slow down, explore new perspectives, and reconnect with the creative intelligence that already lives within you.
The Creative Expansion Journey is designed for women who feel a pull toward something new - even if they can’t fully name it yet.
You may be:
• navigating a transition in work or life
• feeling creatively blocked or uncertain about your next step
• carrying many responsibilities but sensing something inside wants more expression
• curious about exploring ideas and possibilities in a thoughtful, supportive environment
This experience is especially meaningful for women who value reflection, conversation, and creative exploration.
Each gathering combines guided conversation, reflective exercises, and creative practices designed to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and creative momentum.
Sessions may include:
• guided reflection and journaling
• creative exercises or movement
• witnessing circles and meaningful dialogue
• sound integration to support reflection and nervous system reset
The experience is intentionally small and conversational.
There is space to explore ideas, share insights, and witness one another’s unfolding in a supportive group setting.
No prior creative experience is necessary - only curiosity.
Throughout the year, my work explores three interconnected pillars: Clarity, Creativity, and Coherence.
Each gathering touches these themes in different ways.
Creating space to notice what is shifting within you and what is asking for attention.
Exploring ideas, movement, expression, and perspective in ways that reconnect you with your natural creative intelligence.
Integrating insights so they can move from reflection into meaningful change in daily life.
Each participant’s experience unfolds uniquely, but the intention is the same:
to create the conditions where insight, momentum, and alignment can emerge naturally.
Many participants find themselves returning to these gatherings at different points throughout the year, discovering that each experience reveals something new as their own life continues to evolve.
Many programs focus on strategy or productivity.
The Creative Expansion Journey begins somewhere else.
Instead of pushing for answers, we create the conditions where clarity can emerge naturally.
Through reflection, creative play, and conversation, participants often discover that the insights they’ve been searching for are already present - waiting for the space to be noticed.
The group dynamic also plays an important role. Witnessing the experiences of others often opens new perspectives within ourselves.
“The session was beautifully disruptive in the best way. I began the evening feeling uncomfortable moving and dancing with others, but as the music continued the discomfort slowly melted into connection. Witnessing a group of mature women fully engage in play reminded me that joy and creativity are our birthright.”
— Adrianna B.
“The session was fun, spirited, and surprisingly powerful. Moving to music together felt like creative expression embodied — energy shifted, feelings moved, and joy was shared. It made me realize how important creativity and play are for refueling my energy and staying aligned.”

Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from creating the space where something new can appear.
